Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative at Otis you will be joining a close knit team of energetic, ambitious and interesting people who together are responsible for and excel at driving our remarkable 20% + month over month growth.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to prospective clients that come into the company CRM
- Present OTIS’s products and services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads in order to set appropriate sales consultation meetings with Account Executives
- Perform follow ups for quality leads via telephone and email
- Evangelinze OTIS by promoting the positive attributes of the software and service
- Assist Account Executives in rescheduling missed appointments
- Occasionally connect with Essential clients for live meetings
- Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a strong command of the English language and speak clearly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Google suite is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a sales/customer service/hospitality related field
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at desk
- Ability to work on a computer keyboard for a full day
