Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at Otis, you will be joining a close knit team of energetic, ambitious and interesting people who together are responsible for and excel at driving our remarkable 20% + month over month growth.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations with prospective clients to learn their goals and discuss how Otis can meet their needs
- Nurture quality leads to bring them to close
- Ensure a smooth transition from close of business to moving to the Account Manager
- Provide support to clients during their first 30 days of their campaigns going live with Otis
- Report and record all sales activities in HubSpot
- Attend trade shows and host customer events as requested
- Evangelinze OTIS by promoting the positive attributes of the software and service
- Work closely with the CRO and other decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver results
- Regularly meet predetermined quotas
Requirements:
- Must have a strong command of the English language and speak clearly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong account management skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Sales skills
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Google suite is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a sales related job
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at desk
- Ability to work on a computer keyboard for a full day
